Territory in 223 times exceeded the area of the director’s company buildings

Stavropol.Media, November 6. The administration of the Kochubeyevsky district unlawfully, without conducting a competition, leased a land plot in the village of Kazminsky. The entrepreneur who received the territory is the owner of real estate that is 223 times smaller than the plot. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Stavropol Territory.
The authorities did not hold a competition, and the basis for granting the land lease was the presence of real estate owned by the company’s director.
«The land user did not demonstrate the necessity for such a large plot for the operation of his buildings. Consequently, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit in court to declare the lease agreement invalid and to apply the consequences of the invalidity of the transaction by returning the land plot to the district administration,» the message states.
The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority, and the land was returned to the district administration.
